REFUND POLICY
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the seminar/conference. For all GAAAM events and seminars, the refund policy is as follows:

  • 100% Refund for written requests made within one (1) week of registration payment, but NOT if the request falls within two (2) weeks of the seminar start date*. 
  • 50% Refund for written requests made within four (4) weeks of registration payment, but NOT if the request falls within two (2) weeks of the seminar start date*.
  • *No Refunds for requests made within two (2) weeks of the seminar start date.

Each refund request is subject to a $75 administration and processing fee.
Registrants may opt to use the registration fee as credit toward a future GAAAM event or seminar within twelve (12) months, if the cancellation request was made before the two (2)-week cancellation deadline of the seminar start date. Any refund requests made within the two (2) weeks of seminar start date will need to provide documented proof of an emergency as to why the registrant cannot attend. If proper documentation of an emergency is provided, a credit will be provided to be used within twelve (12) months towards a future GAAAM seminar.
